How to check Mac Warranty Online
Some people don’t always have the option to check their warranty from the support tab as above. So you will need another solution and Apple have a website for you to do it.
Step 1. In the top left-hand corner click the Apple Menu ()
Step 2. From the Apple menu select About This Mac
Step 3. Note down the Serial Number of your Mac from the about this Mac box
Step 4. Go to checkcoverage.apple.com
Step 5. Enter your Serial Number
Step 6. You will then be presented with warranty details
Scrolling down the page will offer you much more information about the Mac model, color, and capacity.
This is great for people buying on the second-hand market to make sure all the specs are correct and the seller is not trying to scam you.
