- Open Messages app
- From the toolbar select “Messages“
- Select ‘Settings” from the menu
- Select the “iMessage” tab
- Click on the Sender you want to unblock
- Click the – in the bottom left corner to unblock the highlighted contact

If you are using the same Apple ID across all your devices all the data will be synced. So carrying out this process will unblock the person(s) from all your Apple devices.
You can easily reblock the person(s) again without them knowing. But first, let’s get right into How to Unblock iMessage Sender Messages on Mac:
Step 1. Open iMessages app
Step 2. From the toolbar select “Messages“
Step 3. Select ‘Settings” from the menu

Step 5. Click on the Sender you want to unblock
